About Massages Relief
Massages Relief exists to make one corner of wellness easier to understand: massage therapy, in all its forms. From lymphatic drainage to tantra bodywork, most of what’s written about massage online is either overly clinical or vague marketing copy. We wanted something in between — clear, honest, and genuinely useful to someone deciding whether a technique is right for them.
What we do
We research and write in-depth guides on massage techniques, their real benefits, what a session actually involves, safety considerations, and how to choose a qualified therapist. We don’t provide massage services ourselves and we aren’t a booking platform — think of us as the research you’d do before ever stepping into a treatment room.
How we approach the content
Every guide is written to be read by someone who has never had the treatment before. We explain what to expect in plain language, we’re upfront when a technique’s benefits are more anecdotal than clinically proven, and we always point toward speaking with a licensed massage therapist or physician for anything that touches on a medical condition. Nothing on this site replaces professional medical advice.
Editorial standards
Articles are researched against publicly available clinical literature and professional massage therapy resources, then reviewed for accuracy and clarity before publishing. If you spot something that needs correcting, tell us — see the Contact page.
